We all have mental health. What differs between us is whether we have good or poor mental health. People who are diagnosed with a mental health condition, whether that is anxiety or bipolar disorder, often feel very isolated and alone. This is one of the reasons that more and more people are talking about their mental health. Chris Evans – the superhero actor has expressed how he suffered from social anxiety and what he described as a “noisy brain”.

Ryan Reynolds – the actor has openly talked about suffering from anxiety and he has credited much of his recovery to his wife Blake Lively.
